Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Chicken
- 3/4 Cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Large Egg
- 1 Tablespoon Chives, plus more for garnish
- 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- Pinch of Kosher Salt and Black Pepper
- 5 Tablespoons Butter, melted
- 7 Tablespoons Frank's Red Hot
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Blue Cheese Dressing and Additional Hot Sauce for Dipping
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat
- Mix together ground chicken, bread crumbs, egg, chives, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl
- Bake in the oven for 5 minutes to firm the meatballs, then transfer to a slow cooker pot
- In a medium bowl, whisk together melted butter, hot sauce, Worchestershire sauce, and garlic powder. Pour over meatballs
- Place the lid on the slow cooker, and cook the meatballs on low for at least 2 hours
- Serve with additional hot sauce and blue cheese for dipping
