Ingredients
- 3 Cups Whole Milk
- 3 Tablespoons White Vinegar
- 2-1/2 Tablespoons Hot Sauce
- 2-1/2 Teaspoons Garlic Powder
- Additional herbs and spices to taste
Directions
- In a large container, add milk and vinegar. Allow to set until milk begins to curdle, about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Add hot sauce, garlic powder, and additional herbs and spices. Whisk until thoroughly mixed.
- Thoroughly rinse chicken and place it into the brine, ensuring the meat is completely covered.
- Place lid on container and store in the refrigerator for 4 to 24 hours.
