Ingredients
- 2 Pounds Skin-On, Bone-In Chicken Thighs
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 Bell Peppers, chopped
- 8 Ounces Baby Bella Mushrooms, sliced
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 (28 Ounces) Can Crushed Tomatoes
- 1/2 Cup Chicken Broth
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 8 Ounces Linguine, cooked
Directions
- Season chicken on both sides with salt and pepper and place in the slow cooker.
- Add peppers, mushrooms, garlic, tomatoes, and broth, then season with oregano, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove chicken from the slow-cooker and stir capers into the sauce. Serve chicken over cooked pasta with sauce.
