Ingredients
- 1-3/4 Cups Sugar
- 1 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
Directions
- Mix the sugar and vinegar together in a pan
- Add enough beets so that they are covered
- Boil for 5 minutes
- Put warm beets and juice in a jar and top with salt
- Place sterilized lids on to jar and secure with ring
- Process for 10 minutes in a boiling water bath
