Ingredients
- 1 Package (8) Pure Beef Hot Dogs
- 1 Package (8) Cheddar Sausages
- Yellow Mustard
- Stubbs BBQ Seasoning
- Mesquite Wood
- Light Brown Sugar
- 4 Tablespoons Butter
- 1 Pounds Bacon
- Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
Directions
- Cut hot dogs and sausages into pieces
- Coat with yellow mustard, not heavy, just a light coating
- Then sprinkle with Stubbs BBQ seasoning
- Put the dogs in an aluminum pan and smoke over mesquite wood for 1 1/2 to 2 hours at approx 225 degrees
- Remove from smoker and sprinkle with light brown sugar
- Cut up butter and put the butter in the pan with the dogs
- Cook 1/2 pound of bacon but stop before it gets crispy
- Cut up bacon into small pieces and add to the pan
- Coat with Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce (generously)
- Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 300 degrees for 1 hour
- Stir and serve
