Ingredients
- 1 Pound Ground Beef, extra lean
- 1 Pound Italian Sausage
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1 Small Onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 3 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
- 1 Dash Hot Pepper Sauce
- 3 Tablespoon Worcestershire Sauce
- 2/3 Cup Milk
- 1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
- 1 Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
Directions
- Preheat an oven to 400 F
- In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients. Mix until evenly blended.
- Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs, and place onto a baking sheet or large casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center, about 20 to 25 minutes.
