Ingredients
- 1 Cup Minute Rice
- 1 Pound Ground Beef
- 1 Egg, slightly beaten
- 2 teaspoons Dried Chopped Onion
- Salt to Taste
- 1/8 teaspoon Marjoram
- Pepper to Taste
- 2 (8 Ounce) Cans Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 Cup Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
Directions
- Stir together, water and tomato sauce
- Combine rice, beef, egg, onion, salt, marjoram, pepper, and 1/2 cup tomato sauce, mix well
- Shape into 18 balls
- Place balls in a skillet and pour the remaining sauce over the meatballs
- Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer, covered for 15 minutes
