Ingredients
- 1 (24-ounce) Jar Chunky Applesauce
- 1 (14-ounce) Jar Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
- 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 2 Tablespoons Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Cup Quick-Cooking Oats
- 1/2 Cup Flour
- 1/2 Cup Brown Sugar, packed
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Cup Butter, cut into pats
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F
- Spray an 8x8x2-inch pan with cooking spray
- Combine applesauce, cranberry sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan
- Cook over medium heat, constantly stirring, until thickened and bubbly
- Remove pan from heat and allow to cool
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine quick oats, 1/2 cup flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar, cinnamon, and butter pats
- Use a pastry knife or fork to thoroughly blend until crumbly
- Spread half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan
- Pour the cranberry mixture over top of the oat mixture
- Sprinkle with the remaining oat mixture
- Bake for about 35 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm alone or with vanilla ice cream
