Ingredients
- 1 Pound Whitefish, rinsed and dried
- 1 teaspoon Ground Coriander
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 teaspoon Kosher Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cayenne
Directions
- Mix the spices in a small bowl.
- Liberally apply the spice mixture to all sides of the fish.
- Heat the grill to medium-high heat. Spray the grill grate with grilling cooking spray.
- When the grill is ready, lightly drizzle olive oil over the fish.
- Grill each side until lightly charred, about 4 minutes per side.
- You can substitute the whitefish for shrimp. Simply toss the shrimp in the spice mixture, skewer, and grill for about 2 or 3 minutes per side or until the shrimp turn a light pink color.
