Grilled Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
  • Place chicken in a large resealable bag.
  • Pour the marinade into the bag with the chicken and store it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
