Ingredients
- 1-1/2 Pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/3 Cup Olive Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 2 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
- 2 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Dried Basil
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried Thyme
- 1 teaspoon Dried Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
Directions
- Mix all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Place chicken in a large resealable bag.
- Pour the marinade into the bag with the chicken and store it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
