Ingredients
- 1 Pound Boneless Chicken Breast, sliced thin
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Tablespoon Dried or Fresh Parsley
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Directions
- Place all ingredients into a freezer bag
- Mix to evenly distribute
- Flatten and store in the freezer
- When ready to cook, defrost overnight in the fridge
- Place in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours
