Lemony Garlic Chicken

Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Boneless Chicken Breast, sliced thin
  • 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 2 Cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Dried or Fresh Parsley
  • Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions

  • Place all ingredients into a freezer bag
  • Mix to evenly distribute
  • Flatten and store in the freezer
  • When ready to cook, defrost overnight in the fridge
  • Place in slow cooker and cook on low for 8 hours
